The Challenge
Operate within tight timescale due to start of 2013/14 Barclays Premier League football season
- Design and build a dedicated Playout and media management service to run two premium, live sports channels
- Manage a smooth launch and quality of service
- Recruit and train operational staff capable of handling multiple live events
- Operate within extremely tight, immovable timescales: nine months to launch, and four months for barker
